Project Overview

Horry County has negotiated and signed a contract with RPM Engineering Team to pave the first 20-miles of county dirt roads, which consists of 54 projects. RPM will act as construction manager and will prepare a detailed scope of work, budget and schedule for these 20 miles of county dirt roads.
