Project Overview

Horry County has negotiated and signed a contract with Mead & Hunt, Inc./RPM Engineers to pave the first 20-miles of county dirt roads, which consists of 54 projects. RPM will act as construction manager and will prepare a detailed scope of work, budget and schedule for these 20 miles of county dirt roads.
