Dirt Road Paving

Project Overview

Horry County has negotiated and signed a contract with RPM Engineering Team to pave the first 20-miles of county dirt roads, which consists of 54 projects. RPM will act as construction manager and will prepare a detailed scope of work, budget and schedule for these 20 miles of county dirt roads. These roads are currently under design and construction is slated to begin in November 2007 and completed in April 2009.
